We were upgraded to a family room at no extra cost, and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The window overlooks a residential courtyard, adding a nice touch of calm. The housekeeping staff were exceptional — always on time, attentive, and genuinely caring. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with any request. Breakfast seating was a bit limited, so expanding the area would be great. There are two washing machines and two dryers, which is good, but during peak evening hours, there can be a wait — adding one more machine would really improve convenience.
