Later, when I accidentally lost my key card during my stay, I rushed to reception in a bit of panic. It was peak check-in time, but Yolanda calmly reassured me not to worry. After finishing her current task, she swiftly processed a replacement and even suggested getting an extra backup card—so I wouldn’t face the same hassle again. Her attentiveness, calm demeanor, and genuine care stood out so much. It’s rare to encounter service this thoughtful and personal. Breakfast was a highlight: a great mix of Western and local options, abundant and delicious.
