Shenzhen Wanxiang Shijia Mehood Hotel

This stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a well-stocked selection of complimentary toiletries—everything you’d need for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome stood out: a hot cup of tea waiting at the front desk, followed by a thoughtful overview of all hotel amenities including late-night porridge service, laundry, and access to the fitness center. Special thanks to Xiao Li at reception—she was incredibly attentive, answering every question with patience and kindness. When our child woke up early due to jet lag, the hotel kindly adjusted our 11:30 pickup to 9:00 without hesitation. Our driver was professional, courteous, and even asked if we needed bottled water—small touches that made a big difference. The late-night porridge with side dishes was such a comforting highlight after a long day on the go; it truly felt like coming home. Breakfast was a real treat—varied options each morning, no repeats in two days, and even my picky-eating foreign husband couldn’t stop praising it (he insisted I include this in the review!). The dining staff were friendly and proactive, helping us order hot meals and guiding us through the menu. Even the housekeeping team left a lasting impression—so kind and considerate when clearing tables. Located near shopping areas and easy to reach via public transport, this place offers excellent value. I’ll definitely be back.
