To my delight, they immediately arranged a room change without any hassle. The service was genuinely attentive and efficient. The hotel’s location is excellent—just steps from the subway station, making downtown Wuhan super accessible. With great value and a welcoming atmosphere, this place truly stands out. After trying two other hotels that didn’t quite meet my expectations, I stumbled into this City Comfort Inn by chance—and was genuinely impressed. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming; as soon as I mentioned I wanted to see a room, they immediately showed me around. The room was spacious, exactly as pictured—no need for wide-angle shots, the real photos are spot-on. Though it’s an older property, the cleanliness and consistency are outstanding. The TV worked perfectly, and everything felt well-maintained. A special shoutout to the lady at the front desk on November 14th afternoon—she proactively helped me with a late checkout, and her friendly attitude made the whole experience so much better. She greeted me every time I came in or out, and even when I returned on the evening of November 15th to pick up my stored luggage, she remembered me. It’s these little touches that truly make a difference. I left feeling welcomed and appreciated—this is what great hospitality looks like. Definitely coming back next time I visit Wuhan. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had.

The staff, particularly the curly-haired receptionist, was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our entire stay—from check-in to checkout. Every detail felt thoughtfully handled. What really stands out is the exceptional service. From check-in, staff member Xiao Wu greeted us warmly with a smile, provided clear and thoughtful guidance, and made us feel immediately welcome. Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. We were able to reach most places within 30 minutes, and walking to Shanhaiguan Road took just a few minutes—ideal for grabbing a delicious breakfast in the morning. The hotel is quiet and impeccably clean, with housekeeping team doing a thorough job every day, leaving no corner untouched. Special thanks to Zhu Qian—the attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation. A heartfelt thank you to Xiao Xu and Xiao Zhou for their kindness, professionalism, and constant support throughout our visit.
