Walking along the right side takes you straight to Wuyi Square and IFS Changsha Center, while going the other way ends at the South Gate and Du Fu Riverside Pavilion. The hotel faces the square directly, with Wenheyou just across the street—plus, Taiping Street and Pozijie are within walking distance. Everything we wanted to see was easily accessible on foot. As first-time visitors to Changsha, this fantastic location made our trip even more enjoyable. The room was spotlessly clean, and although it’s compact, the layout makes it feel cozy and comfortable. The front desk staff even placed my ID in a protective sleeve when checking in—a small but thoughtful touch. And to top it off, we received a little gift upon checkout—such a sweet surprise! This place truly exceeded expectations.

Staying at Grand Hyatt Changsha was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—everything we wanted to see was either a short subway ride away or just a quick walk. We easily reached Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle by metro, while Du Fu's Pavilion was literally across the street. It only took about 20 minutes to get to East Square, making it perfect for exploring the city without hassle. Around the hotel, there’s no shortage of great food and shopping—two convenient Haidilao locations within walking distance, and even Cha Yan Yue Se was just steps away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a calm, elegant atmosphere. Every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Tina Yu Ting from the Guest Services Lounge who made our check-in experience so smooth—she was especially attentive to our elderly family members and our kids, even gifting them little welcome treats. Our riverside room offered stunning views, and the natural light flooded in during the day, making every moment feel special. There’s also a unique collaboration store with the Provincial Museum—my kids loved browsing through the themed souvenirs, which were reasonably priced and perfect as gifts. The pool temperature was ideal for children, and they had a blast playing around. Breakfast was fantastic too—diverse options that catered to all tastes, with a strong focus on healthy eating. Unfortunately, due to our packed itinerary, we didn’t get to try the hotel’s dining venues beyond a lovely afternoon tea and a satisfying evening buffet. Still, the overall experience was outstanding. If we ever return to Changsha, this will be our first choice again.

My room was well-appointed, offering a stunning view of the Xiang River—ideal for those Instagram-worthy moments. The overall experience was top-notch, and I’d definitely book again. Staying at Yijian·6500 Hotel in Changsha’s Chaotong Ancient Street was a delightful surprise. The hotel is perfectly nestled within the historic area, surrounded by old stone alleys, traditional tiled roofs, and well-preserved architecture—walking around feels like stepping into a different era. The design of the hotel itself is brilliant, blending local heritage elements with modern aesthetics seamlessly. Every detail, from the lighting to the furniture, tells a story. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were all thoughtfully curated—the ingredients were fresh, presentation was artistic, and the choice of tableware added to the overall charm. I enjoyed my meals in the cozy café, but having them delivered to the room was also a great option for relaxing evenings. Plus, the free airport or high-speed rail station transfer made travel hassle-free. This stay wasn’t just comfortable—it was memorable. A perfect mix of culture, comfort, and care. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Changsha IFS Exotic ▪ She Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was immaculately clean, with spotless bathrooms and a stunning vanity mirror that made getting ready a real pleasure. The lobby design stood out—modern, elegant, and full of character, giving the whole place a luxurious vibe from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive—always smiling, quick to help, and genuinely committed to making your stay comfortable. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short walk to Wuyi Square, perfect for exploring the city or grabbing some local street food. I highly recommend trying either the century-old Fire Palace stinky tofu or tangyuan (sugar oil dumplings)—both are delicious and totally worth the stop. Everything about this hotel screams quality and value. I’ll definitely be back!
