She immediately stepped in to help carry the heaviest bag, making the whole check-in process feel effortless and welcoming. I casually mentioned we were traveling with children while checking in—originally booked a standard twin room, just needing enough space for our family. To my surprise, she proactively upgraded us to a family suite without any request. That small act brought tears to my eyes—so thoughtful, so unexpected. Even better, she personally escorted us up via elevator with a luggage cart, explaining everything along the way: where the kids’ play area was, breakfast hours, and which floor had direct access to the shopping mall—perfect for hassle-free outings with little ones. Once in the room, she even helped organize our belongings, all with genuine kindness and patience. The suite exceeded expectations—huge space, spotless cleanliness, soft bedding, and amazing views. Even before we arrived, the front desk staff member Yee reached out to confirm our booking and made sure everything was ready. Their warm and attentive service set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room itself was spacious, bright, and beautifully appointed with all the essentials. The pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly—so cozy that I slept like a baby. What truly stood out was the incredible attention to detail: when we used the self-service laundry late at night and didn’t have time to hang our clothes, a housekeeping staff member named Cai quietly took care of it for us. When I retrieved my clothes the next morning, they were still warm—such a thoughtful touch! This level of care made the experience unforgettable. What really stood out was the nightly complimentary late-night snack—warm drinks or light bites that made the stay feel extra cozy. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help.
