The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a peaceful atmosphere, and our room was spotless, fully equipped, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the personal touch from our dedicated housekeeper, Xiao Tang. She reached out before check-in to ask about our preferences, made sure everything was ready, and even brought fresh fruit upon arrival. Right across from the hotel is the Hunan Provincial Theatre, and downstairs you’ll find Hua Tian Xiao Lu, a local favorite that delivers delicious food. Special thanks to Manager Xiao Yin for the thoughtful recommendations—I tried Tea Yan Yue Se and explored IFS Guojin Center, making the most of the area’s vibrant vibe. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. Staff were warm and proactive—they kindly pointed me to breakfast location and informed me about the complimentary swimming pool and fitness center. My trip to Changsha was unforgettable—I ended up extending my stay by two extra days because I simply didn’t want to leave! While many historical sites have been lost over time, the Xiang River still carries an undeniable sense of legacy, truly living up to its reputation as the cradle of great figures. The spirit of revolutionaries from the past left a deep impression on me. But what really stood out? The street food just outside the hotel—so fresh, affordable, and delicious. I grabbed a few takeout boxes and devoured them in no time. Definitely need to bring back more next time—this place is a hidden gem with incredible value!
