The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from SKP and China World Trade Center, with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within easy reach. Public transport access is also convenient. One minor note: room soundproofing could be improved—the hallway and neighboring rooms are quite audible. But that’s a small trade-off for such a high-quality stay overall. The highlight? The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner. The food is exceptional—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and far beyond what you’d expect at many five-star properties. On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. He remembered my preference for warm dishes and kindly heated up the seafood before serving—such thoughtful attention to detail. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort. During dinner, I met a couple with their child, who shared they also make it a habit to visit a luxury hotel every weekend. Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel

Staying at Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel for three nights was an absolute delight. The lounge staff, especially Xiao Fan, went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service—always smiling, always ready to help. When I asked to switch the soup at dinner, the chef immediately accommodated the request with care and speed, which truly stood out. The food quality remained excellent throughout my stay—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I particularly loved the minced pork with eggplant and the stir-fried cucumber with eggs—simple but delicious. Even better, when I called the front desk, they kindly upgraded my room without hesitation. That kind gesture made a big difference. Every team member I interacted with was genuinely welcoming and professional. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like being welcomed into a home away from home. I was truly touched by the exceptional service I received during my stay at InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun. I accidentally left behind a toiletry bag containing a significant amount of cash in my room, and I was extremely anxious at first. To my great relief, every staff member involved—from housekeeping team member Shiyuan, shift manager Zhang Lei, security officer Qin Yanling, to front desk agent Zoey—went above and beyond to help locate and return my belongings. Not only was everything recovered, but the cash remained untouched. Under the leadership of Manager Bai Lu, this team demonstrated an outstanding level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and responsibility in a luxury hotel setting. This experience made me fall even more in love with InterContinental, especially this property in Sanlitun. The location is unbeatable, the service is top-tier, and the attention to detail is unmatched. If you're looking for a five-star stay that delivers both comfort and peace of mind, this is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at—truly a must-visit for anyone seeking excellence in hospitality.
