I was upgraded to a higher room for free, which was a lovely surprise. Even better? There was a tiny dog living in the adjacent room—adorable and so full of personality! The only minor hiccup was with the screen mirroring feature; it wasn’t clear which room the signal was coming from, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall amazing stay. During the New Year holiday period, despite the busy schedule, staff across all departments—from front desk to housekeeping and dining—maintained excellent service attitude and professionalism, truly reflecting Pullman’s high standards under Accor’s management. A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

Located in the heart of the business district, this hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall on the 4th floor—just walk out and you're right next to a cinema and tons of dining options. I was upgraded from a standard king room to a spacious suite, which was both clean and well-designed. The bathtub even came with a cover for a relaxing soak. The staff, especially our host Xiao Xie, went above and beyond—welcome fruit, quick delivery of extra toiletries for my kids (including toothbrushes and slippers), and a personalized travel guide that made planning our day trips so easy. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely welcoming home away from home. Highly recommended.

Staying here was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located just steps away from Suzhou Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient—especially if you're catching a train early in the morning or late at night. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like a baby cot for our little one. The high-floor view? Absolutely breathtaking. We could see the entire ancient city skyline—historic rooftops by day, glowing lanterns at night. It felt like staying in a peaceful oasis right in the heart of the city. Cleanliness was top-notch; every surface sparkled, the bathroom was immaculate, and the bedding felt fresh and crisp. Even though it's adjacent to the busy train station, the interior is so thoughtfully designed that it’s quiet and serene inside—no noise disturbance at all. And the staff? Exceptional. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They remembered our names, offered recommendations, even helped carry luggage without being asked. It’s clear they care about guest experience. Holiday Inn & Suites Suzhou Yangcheng Lake

This stay was absolutely excellent—definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel in recent years. The staff were incredibly responsive; just a quick call or message to reception and anything you need arrived promptly, which made everything so convenient. The room itself was spacious—way bigger than expected for the price—and that’s a huge win for value. Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to great dining options, yet far enough from traffic congestion to keep things peaceful. Inside the room, all amenities were top-notch—fridge, washing machine, microwave—all clean and well-maintained (even though I didn’t use them, I did check them out, and they looked brand new). Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back if I visit Suzhou again.
