Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou, Wuzhong

The hotel overall is excellent—comfortable rooms, great amenities, and friendly staff. While it’s a bit of a walk from the nearest subway station, it’s manageable and not a major issue. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options, but the coffee and tea were disappointing. The coffee was extremely weak—by far the weakest I’ve had in any hotel stay. The black tea tasted more like colored water than actual tea, and there were no fresh tea bags available for brewing. It really brought down the experience, especially since other aspects of the stay were so positive. That said, the room comfort, cleanliness, and service all exceeded expectations. Definitely worth staying again if they can upgrade the beverage offerings.

Stepping into the room, my partner couldn’t stop saying ‘wow’—the panoramic view of Jinji Lake flooded the space with natural light, while the warm interior made it feel cozy and luxurious. The pool is perfect for both adults and kids, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. And the private walkway? A photographer’s paradise—endless opportunities for stunning shots. The air conditioning worked perfectly—the temperature was just right for autumn, so we didn’t need to crank it up too high. One of the highlights was the large koi pond in the courtyard, where we could buy fish food and feed the colorful fish. My child loved it and couldn’t stop smiling while watching them swim. The entire place was clean and well-kept with no lingering odors or hygiene issues. Overall, this is a great value-for-money option, especially for families.
