The bedding felt luxurious, matching what you’d expect from a five-star hotel, and the bath products had a subtle, pleasant scent that left hair feeling smooth and fresh. What truly sets this place apart is its history—it’s actually a restored manor house from over 200 years ago, with original beams, carved woodwork, and an authentic classical ambiance that makes every moment feel special. We ended up canceling our original booking and extended our stay by three more nights. Plus, when we traveled to Dujiangyan or Jiuzhaigou, they happily stored our luggage. On our return, there was a mix-up with the room assignment, but the team handled it instantly—offering a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a private hot tub. The rooftop beams and old-world architecture were absolutely stunning. Even better, staff went the extra mile by calling my previous hotel to arrange a panda plushie for me. Staying at SFEEL Designer Hotel in Chengdu's Kuanzhai Alley was an absolute highlight of my trip. The room was clean, well-designed, and had a nice bathtub—plus they even provided disposable bath covers, which made me feel extra comfortable and hygienic. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: just a short walk across a skybridge to the famous Kuanzhai Alley, with tons of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Taxis drop you right at the door, making arrival and departure super convenient. But honestly, the real standout was the staff. The front desk guy who checked me in was effortlessly cool—calm, professional, and genuinely attentive to details. And when I checked out, another handsome guy handed me a blind box surprise and smiled like sunshine. That smile totally warmed up the chilly Chengdu winter for me. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service from people who are not only good-looking but also genuinely kind. This stay wasn’t just about comfort—it felt personal, memorable, and full of little joys. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu.

Staying at SFEEL Designer Hotel right next to Jiuyan Bridge Metro Station was an absolute highlight of my trip! Just a 2-minute walk to Line 13, making commuting super convenient—no stress getting around Chengdu. The room was spacious and flooded with natural light, creating a bright, welcoming vibe. The bedding felt incredibly soft and comfortable, so I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were genuinely helpful and friendly—always ready to answer questions or offer local tips. And the best part? The area is packed with authentic Sichuan food stalls and vibrant night markets just steps away. I spent hours exploring the local eats and nightlife, then came back to the hotel feeling refreshed. Being able to head straight up to my room after a late night out made it feel like a true home away from home. This place offers unbeatable value for money—highly recommend for anyone visiting Chengdu!

Chengdu Jinniu EVEN Hotels

My stay at Chengdu Jinniu EVEN Hotels was absolutely outstanding—10 out of 10 without a doubt! I especially want to highlight the amazing service from front desk staff Xiao Huang and Xiao Zhang. Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.

Chengdu Tianfu Plaza Haoiar Hotel

This was my first stay at Chengdu Tianfu Plaza Haoiar Hotel, and it completely changed my perception of the city for the better. I was especially impressed by the cinema-themed room — the design is unique and stylish, exactly my kind of vibe. After checking several options, I chose this hotel mainly because of its unbeatable location: the metro entrance is right at the building’s doorstep, making it super easy to reach places like People's Park and the local museum. Breakfast was outstanding — abundant, fresh, and included handmade wontons and authentic bean curd pudding. The bathroom was well-maintained with perfect water temperature and strong shower pressure. But honestly, what stood out most was the bed — incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. I actually considered buying the same set! Plus, the room had zero unpleasant odors upon entry — just clean, fresh air. Overall, an exceptional experience with great value and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Chengdu.
