Staying at Mercure Suzhou Pingjiang Wanda Plaza Hotel was an absolute delight. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained throughout the property. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Xiao Xu—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Not only did they upgrade my room without hesitation, but they also included a complimentary breakfast and even left fresh fruit in the room upon my return. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the metro and close to all major attractions. It’s rare to find such comfort, thoughtfulness, and value in one stay. This hotel easily earns a 10/10 and is absolutely worth recommending to anyone visiting Suzhou.
