The main reasons? It’s a brand-new property with innovative design, includes breakfast, and even offers late-night snacks—perfect for a busy traveler like me. The check-in experience was seamless: facial recognition entry was incredibly convenient, especially for someone who always misplaces things. It felt like having my hands free from the start. The room itself came with a Dyson hairdryer and full-sized toiletries—everything you’d want. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout. The 21st-floor lobby is stunningly elegant, and the on-site restaurant has a great vibe. As a Disney fan, seeing Mickey around made my day! Service was genuinely outstanding. The front desk staff even came to our lounge area to assist with check-in—no waiting, no hassle. Once inside the room, they followed up to ask if everything was satisfactory and offered a personalized choice of room fragrance delivered right to us. Special thanks to Tina (or 'Taotao' as she was called)—when I rushed out for checkout and completely forgot about my expense receipt, she immediately arranged it for me, prepared the documentation, and even arranged to send it to me. That kind of care is unforgettable. The night snack was an absolute highlight—the beef noodle soup tasted just like the one from my childhood memories: silky yet chewy noodles, tender, flavorful beef, and rich broth. Pure perfection. Breakfast was also a hit; I ordered via QR code—scrambled eggs, beef noodles, and waffles—all delicious and fresh. This place exceeded expectations in every way. If you're visiting Hangzhou, don’t hesitate—Vance Hotel is a must-stay.

She greeted me with a warm smile, offered to carry my luggage, and took the time to explain all the hotel’s amenities in detail. She even shared personal recommendations for nearby hidden gem eateries, which made our stay feel so much more authentic and enjoyable. The housekeeping team was also very friendly and attentive, keeping everything spotless. From check-in to checkout, the service was top-notch, making this a truly memorable stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with genuine hospitality, this is definitely the place to book.

During New Year’s holiday, when ride-sharing and buses were restricted near the scenic area, the hotel arranged a shuttle to drop us off right at the entrance, which was incredibly convenient. Everything was seamless and well-organized. This place isn’t just comfortable — it’s truly special. A perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning.
Sunday Sunny Resort
This was hands down the best booking of our trip—booked early before prices went up, and the value for money was outstanding. Nestled on San Tai Mountain, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with fresh air and stunning natural surroundings. The nearest bus stop is at Yu Qian Temple, but we actually preferred walking to Wugui Tan to try the rowboat ride—unfortunately, it was canceled due to weather, but we made up for it by taking a scenic water bus from Guo Zhuang Pier to Hua Gang Guan Yu. The views along the way were absolutely beautiful. After exploring Hua Gang Guan Yu, we returned via the Xiao Lian Qing Feng line from Su Di Pier, which dropped us right at Yu Qian Temple Station—perfect for heading back to the hotel. One small downside: limited food delivery options nearby, but overall, the experience was flawless. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and charm.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located on the 26th floor of Qianjiang Times Plaza, it's incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and downtown attractions. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was so welcoming they upgraded me to a Premium Deluxe King room at no extra cost—huge space, very comfortable, and the best part? It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

Location-wise, it’s perfect: just a short walk to West Lake, Hefang Street, and all the local hotspots. What truly stood out? Returning late at night to find a warm bowl of congee and some light snacks waiting for me. In the middle of winter, that simple gesture brought such a cozy, heartwarming feeling. The hotel also has a full laundry service with both washing and drying machines—plus, they’ll even collect your clothes when you’re out, which is seriously thoughtful. The only tiny hiccup? The TV wouldn’t turn on, and the remote seemed unresponsive. But if you don’t rely on TV, it’s not a dealbreaker—just ask the front desk for help. Overall, this place offers incredible value, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I’d happily come back in a heartbeat.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.
