Staying at GreenTree Alliance Hotel (Shenzhen North Station) was an absolute delight! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—especially the front desk lady, who went above and beyond. We arrived in the morning and planned to just drop off our luggage and head out for the day, coming back later to check in. But she checked availability and kindly offered us early check-in since a room was free. That was such a thoughtful touch! The room itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, making it perfect for a good night's rest. The only minor downside is that the room doesn’t have windows, but honestly, everything else more than makes up for it. Cleanliness, amenities, location—all top-notch. If you're visiting Shenzhen, this is definitely a great choice with excellent value.

The front desk staff, Zane, was incredibly attentive and kind; he proactively explained the late check-out policy, which helped ease our travel schedule concerns. The room itself was immaculately clean, with excellent soundproofing—perfect for a restful night’s sleep without any disturbances. The overall experience was exceptional, and the value for money is outstanding. A hidden gem in Nanshan, Shenzhen, this is definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.

From booking to check-in, throughout my stay, and even after checkout, staff kept in touch with warm, personal attention. The front desk attendant who helped me check in gave me a little gift—and guess what? He was still on duty when I checked out! He remembered I needed a ride to fix my phone earlier, and he actually arranged it for me. That kind of follow-through really stands out. My room was surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable—I seriously considered buying the same set online. Breakfast remains a highlight: I still love their beef noodle soup. I’d originally planned to book an early morning airport transfer, but with the chilly weather, I decided to let my driver sleep in and just hopped in a taxi to head straight to Hong Kong.
