The staff were incredibly welcoming—especially the front desk supervisor who went above and beyond to explain the hotel’s unique features and atmosphere, helping me truly appreciate what makes this place special. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a Signature Suite, which offered generous space and a private lounge where I enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea. The floor-to-ceiling windows opened up to a lush central lawn, and on that particular day, a couple was filming their wedding photos there—adding a magical touch to the already picturesque view. Breakfast was a highlight: spacious dining area with a wide variety of fresh options. The freshly cooked congee stood out—served with care by a passionate chef who took time to explain each ingredient. Don’t miss it! While the amenities are top-notch, what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine warmth and professionalism of the team. It’s not just a stay—it’s an experience you’ll want to repeat.

Staying at Nanjing Grand Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. Though it's a well-established five-star property, the rooms feel fresh and timeless—elegant without being flashy, perfectly reflecting the city’s refined character. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed, from plush bedding to modern amenities. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Every staff member—from check-in to housekeeping to breakfast attendants—was warm, professional, and attentive. The breakfast spread was impressive: diverse, freshly prepared, and delicious. It’s rare to find such consistent quality across all aspects of a stay. If I’m ever back in Nanjing, this will be my first choice again. A truly memorable experience.

Staying at Sofitel Nanjing Galaxy Suning was an absolute highlight of my trip to Nanjing! The French-inspired lobby is elegant and full of character, while the spacious, immaculate rooms feature luxurious L’Occitane amenities that made me feel pampered. I especially loved the view from the window—it offered a stunning glimpse of the city skyline. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great mix of Western and Chinese options. The freshly brewed coffee and delicate French pastries were truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond—helping me print documents, even offering late-night snacks. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference. This hotel delivers on every front: comfort, convenience, and service excellence. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I visit Nanjing.

Suning Universal Hotel All Suites

Staying at Suning Universal Hotel All Suites was an absolute delight! The two-bedroom layout is perfect for families or groups of friends—spacious living area makes it feel like home, and the roomy design gives everyone plenty of space to relax. Located right across from Wutai Mountain Metro Station, getting around Nanjing is incredibly convenient. I didn’t need to take a taxi or worry about parking—just walk straight into the subway and explore the city with ease. Special shoutout to front desk staff Xiao Shen—so friendly, helpful, and attentive. She even upgraded our room without hesitation, which made the experience even better. A small suggestion: the TV screen could be slightly larger to match the spacious living area. Also, replacing the bathroom and shower door with frosted glass would improve privacy, especially when someone’s using the sink. And if possible, converting the kitchenette into a compact powder room would make things much more practical for four guests sharing the space—especially useful when traveling with kids. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and location. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Nanjing.

From the moment we arrived, Domi went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. When we initially found the room wasn’t ready, she immediately took charge—coordinating with housekeeping, keeping us updated, and even helping move our luggage into the room as soon as it was clean. The executive room was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The executive lounge was a highlight—elegant atmosphere, great views, and the complimentary snacks were delicious and thoughtfully presented. Every detail felt cared for, and the level of personal attention made this stay truly memorable. This is exactly what luxury hospitality should be. 10/10 experience—highly recommend!

The shower area is brand new and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant experience. I also appreciated that we shared the laundry facilities with the neighboring Quanji hotel—very practical. The fitness center is huge and feels more like a commercial gym than a typical hotel one, but best of all, it’s completely free for guests. And the breakfast? Outstanding—huge variety, fresh, and delicious. Everything about this stay was top-notch, yet the price remains remarkably affordable. This place offers incredible value for money. I’ll definitely be back!

This was hands down the best hotel experience of my entire trip to Nanjing! From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff offered a room upgrade—according to them, five levels up, straight to the top-tier room. And honestly, it totally lived up to the hype 🤣. The moment I stepped into the room, I knew this was special. Every little detail screamed thoughtfulness and comfort. ✨ There’s a dedicated vanity area with a full-length mirror—something every woman will appreciate when getting ready. No more rushing to the bathroom for a quick touch-up! ✨ The bathroom is spacious enough for someone 1.8m tall to stretch out in the bathtub. Even better—they provided disposable bath bags so you can enjoy a relaxing soak without worrying about hygiene. ✨ The heated towel rail is a game-changer. I tossed in a few small clothes after a shower, and by morning, they were completely dry. The robe was luxuriously soft too. ✨ The room itself is generously sized, and the fridge isn’t just for show—there are drinks inside that I actually drank (and enjoyed!). The sofa is incredibly comfy; I spent a whole morning lounging there soaking in the sunlight. ✨ They even included two pairs of earplugs—perfect for blocking out noise and ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. That kind of care really stands out. Only minor note: the tissue box count was a bit low—only one near the balcony-side bed. When washing up or applying makeup, I had to walk across the room to grab one. It’d be great if another tissue holder could be placed on the other side of the room for convenience. Location-wise, it’s fantastic—super close to major attractions, and if you’re driving, free parking with plenty of space. Overall, an exceptional stay with incredible value. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nanjing!
