This trip was for a friend’s birthday, and we took the chance to explore the stunning maple leaves at Qixia Mountain, golden ginkgo trees by Xuanwu Lake, Yanyue Lake, Stone Elephant Road, and the famous plane tree avenue. Perfect timing, perfect weather, and perfect vibes! The room arranged by Manager Dong was exceptional—comfortable, elegant, and thoughtfully prepared. Dining at Jiangnan Zao was a highlight: the ingredients were fresh and top-notch. The pickled turnip with preserved vegetables was surprisingly delicious, the fish head incredibly fresh, and the sweet-and-sour ribs? Absolutely unforgettable. My friend devoured the stir-fried beef in no time—proof it was a hit! Bonus: guests staying at the hotel can enjoy complimentary room service from Jiangnan Zao—even if you’re not on the waitlist. Plus, the Christmas decorations were beautifully done, adding a magical touch to the entire stay. Honestly, I’m already planning my next visit—Shangri-La truly wins my heart every time.

What truly stood out was a little mishap after check-out: I realized my luggage had been accidentally left in the underground parking. I was already home and didn’t expect to recover it, but I called the hotel anyway. To my great relief, the on-duty manager Nicol and front office supervisor Jasmine went above and beyond—actively coordinating with property management, tracking down my bag, and even arranging a courier to send it back. I recently stayed at Tianshiju Executive Apartment during a business trip, and I have to say it was an excellent choice. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Nanjing, with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. My room was upgraded upon arrival, and it exceeded all expectations: spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Having two bathrooms was a game-changer, especially when traveling with colleagues or family. The inclusion of a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient—no more worrying about damp laundry after a long day. The staff, particularly Xinyu at reception, went above and beyond with warm hospitality. She even shared details about the afternoon tea service, which turned out to be a delightful surprise—elegant setting, great selection of treats, and perfect for unwinding. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next visit to Nanjing.

This was hands down the best hotel experience of my entire trip to Nanjing! From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff offered a room upgrade—according to them, five levels up, straight to the top-tier room. And honestly, it totally lived up to the hype 🤣. The moment I stepped into the room, I knew this was special. Every little detail screamed thoughtfulness and comfort. ✨ There’s a dedicated vanity area with a full-length mirror—something every woman will appreciate when getting ready. No more rushing to the bathroom for a quick touch-up! ✨ The bathroom is spacious enough for someone 1.8m tall to stretch out in the bathtub. Even better—they provided disposable bath bags so you can enjoy a relaxing soak without worrying about hygiene. ✨ The heated towel rail is a game-changer. I tossed in a few small clothes after a shower, and by morning, they were completely dry. The robe was luxuriously soft too. ✨ The room itself is generously sized, and the fridge isn’t just for show—there are drinks inside that I actually drank (and enjoyed!). The sofa is incredibly comfy; I spent a whole morning lounging there soaking in the sunlight. ✨ They even included two pairs of earplugs—perfect for blocking out noise and ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. That kind of care really stands out. Only minor note: the tissue box count was a bit low—only one near the balcony-side bed. When washing up or applying makeup, I had to walk across the room to grab one. It’d be great if another tissue holder could be placed on the other side of the room for convenience. Location-wise, it’s fantastic—super close to major attractions, and if you’re driving, free parking with plenty of space. Overall, an exceptional stay with incredible value. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nanjing!

I always look forward to staying here, and special thanks to Xiao Liu Fan for the consistent upgrade service—there’s always a pleasant surprise! The attention to detail is outstanding, making every visit feel personalized and welcoming. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, with fresh options every day. One small suggestion: having two memory foam pillows alongside the four down pillows would give guests more choice for better sleep comfort. A little tweak that could make an even bigger difference. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!

Jinjiang Nanjing Hotel

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I’m already planning my next visit. The in-house family-friendly playground is perfect for kids — they had a blast, and it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable for families. The staff were incredibly warm and gentle, especially with children — it’s clear they genuinely care about guest comfort. What really stood out was the thoughtful touches: little toothbrushes and slippers provided for kids! Honestly, I almost wished I could be one of them. The rooms were quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for business travelers who need rest after long days. Free parking is a huge plus for those driving. If you’re using public transit, just turn left outside the hotel and you’ll find the Line 5 metro entrance within minutes — super convenient. With its excellent location, great service, and family-oriented amenities, this place is now my top pick for future stays in Nanjing.

Jiamei Cinema Hotel (Nanjing Olympic Sports New City Science Park Branch)

I was really impressed with my stay at Jiamei Cinema Hotel. The room was thoughtfully designed with a fresh, modern layout that felt both stylish and comfortable right from the moment I walked in. It was spotlessly clean, which immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was the location—despite being near the Olympic Sports New City Science Park area, it's surprisingly close to the city center, making it easy to get around by subway or car. The front desk is located on the ground floor, clearly marked and super easy to find. The surrounding area is quiet but not isolated, with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and a very pleasant atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return.
