I've stayed at this B&B multiple times, and each visit has been even better than the last. The value for money is outstanding—this is definitely a place I'll return to again. The room is cozy and incredibly comfortable, with crisp, clean bedding that made falling asleep easy. The interior design feels luxurious and sophisticated: crystal chandeliers, a high-end quartz dining table, a premium Lawrence sofa, and a massive custom-shaped bed that really makes a statement. There's also a private mahjong room, a huge projector screen perfect for movie nights, and full laundry facilities including both washer and dryer—very convenient for longer stays. Location-wise, it's unbeatable. Right downstairs is Suzhou Center, where you can find everything from gourmet food to shopping malls. Everything is within walking distance, and public transit access is super easy. This isn't just a hotel—it's a home away from home with style, comfort, and convenience all in one.
Staying at Monterey Apartment in Suzhou's Jinji Lake area was an absolute delight—my room was upgraded to a panoramic suite for free, and the views from the high floor were simply breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights shimmered below. The cleanliness was outstanding—the towels smelled of proper high-temperature sterilization, and the bed linens felt crisp and fresh, giving me total peace of mind. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, perfect for those who want to cook their own meals without hassle. Plus, I received a key card upfront so there was no need to keep going back to the front desk. The staff went above and beyond: a dedicated host met me at the lobby, guided me through check-in with clear, friendly explanations, and made the whole process effortless. From the stunning views to the thoughtful touches, this stay exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find such a well-designed, clean, and convenient place with such excellent service. Highly recommended for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.
Staying at Suzhou Xiaozaojia Apartment was an absolute delight! The room is spacious with a clear separation between the living area and bedroom, giving plenty of privacy and comfort. The living space features a cozy sofa, dining table, and coffee table—perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, including pots, pans, dishes, and even complimentary oil, salt, soy sauce, and seasonings—making meal prep super easy. The bed is large and comfortable, with a TV and a lovely window seat for reading or just unwinding. There’s a washing machine with detergent provided, and a small balcony for drying clothes—very convenient. Everything about this place feels thoughtfully designed, and the value for money is outstanding. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Suzhou!
Staying at Jingying Apartment (Suzhou Jinji Lake Branch) was an absolutely fantastic experience. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a great layout—perfect for a comfortable stay. I loved the view from the window; the night skyline of Jinji Lake is stunning, especially with all the lights glowing in the distance. It’s such a great spot for photography or just relaxing with a drink in hand. Right downstairs is a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials super easy—no need to go far. The hostess, Xiao Mei, was incredibly friendly and responsive—her warm hospitality really made the stay feel personal. The location was ideal, just a short walk or quick metro ride away from the concert venue, saving me so much time and hassle. The sofa was wide and cozy, and there was even a large projector (though I didn’t get to use it this time—planned to watch a movie next visit!). Overall, the value for money was outstanding, and the entire experience felt seamless and authentic. I’d definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting Suzhou.
This was my second stay at this apartment, and I’m even more impressed this time around. Privacy and security are top-notch—there’s a 24-hour security guard at the lobby, and you need to swipe your access card just to get on the elevator. That alone gives peace of mind. When I asked for a quieter room, the owner readily accommodated me with no hesitation—such great service attitude! The room itself is spacious, well-furnished, and packed with all the essentials you’d expect from a quality executive apartment. The only minor downside? The water heater takes a bit longer to heat up, but it’s not enough to ruin the experience. The view from the window is fantastic—right across from a bustling shopping mall with dazzling nighttime lights that make the city feel alive. Honestly, this has been the best accommodation I’ve stayed at during this trip. Highly recommend it for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.
Having stayed at Kempinski in Shanghai before, I knew exactly what to expect—and this trip completely exceeded it. Visiting Suzhou during New Year’s, I chose Kempinski as my top pick, and it was absolutely the right decision. Arriving by car was super convenient, with seamless parking access. The grand lobby immediately impressed me—soaring ceilings adorned with festive holiday decor created an instant magical vibe. To my delight, I was upgraded to a deluxe suite on New Year’s Day, which felt like a dream gift. Special thanks to the front desk team, especially Xiao Lu, for such a thoughtful touch. Stepping into the room, my partner couldn’t stop saying ‘wow’—the panoramic view of Jinji Lake flooded the space with natural light, while the warm interior made it feel cozy and luxurious. The pool is perfect for both adults and kids, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. And the private walkway? A photographer’s paradise—endless opportunities for stunning shots. From start to finish, every detail felt exceptional. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an unforgettable experience. Definitely coming back.
One of the most beautiful family-friendly five-star hotels right by Jinji Lake—truly a standout! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, even surprising our little one with a sweet welcome gift. The buffet was fantastic—so many delicious options, and dining while watching the lake's fountain show at night was an absolute treat, especially during the Christmas season. The grand Christmas tree in the lobby added such a magical atmosphere. Our kids loved the kids' play area so much they didn’t want to leave! Everything from check-in to checkout felt seamless and joyful. If you're visiting Suzhou with family, this is definitely the top pick—no second thoughts needed!
We always come to Jinji Lake and have stayed at InterContinental Suzhou multiple times—truly a go-to choice. The hotel overlooks the lake, and Moonlight Pier is just across the bridge—super convenient for walking or taking the metro. This time, we brought my elderly parent who had just recovered from a fracture; mobility was limited, and even eating and moving around were challenging. From check-in onward, the staff went above and beyond. When we requested two rooms, they kindly arranged adjacent ones for easier supervision. Throughout breakfast and dinner buffet service, the team showed exceptional care. During dinner, a young, friendly server noticed our situation and proactively brought a cushion so my parent could elevate their injured arm—something that actually helped with swelling. He even explained the medical reasoning behind it! That level of thoughtfulness and knowledge stood out. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and professional. We’ve already taken photos of several team members’ name tags—we’d love to see them recognized by the hotel. Definitely coming back again!
This stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff greeted us with genuine warmth and efficiency—check-in was lightning-fast. We brought our little one along and were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade—such a sweet surprise! The room itself was spotless, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was an outstanding spread—plenty of options blending both Western and Chinese flavors, all fresh and delicious. Location-wise, it’s ideal: walking distance to restaurants, shopping areas, and even the lakefront. Easy access to public transit too. Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Suzhou—it’s truly a top-tier choice.
Staying at Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou Yuanqu was an absolute delight. The location is fantastic—right next to 711, FamilyMart, and Starbucks, so grabbing a quick coffee or snack is super convenient. A short walk takes you to Xinguang Plaza and Juyou Department Store, perfect for some shopping without needing to travel far. In the evening, we headed to the Ferris wheel and were pleasantly surprised by how few people were in line—got tickets and boarded right away, enjoying stunning views of the city skyline. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant served amazing noodles with crisp vegetables, and the squirrel-shaped mandarin fish was freshly prepared—absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a diverse menu including sesame dumplings, Ao Zao noodles, egg rolls, Benedict eggs, sweet pea and pomelo cheese salad, and the yellow peach milk banana pancake—each dish was flavorful and satisfying. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From comfort to convenience, every detail was spot-on. This place truly delivers on luxury and value. I’ll definitely be back.
I always choose this hotel whenever I’m in Suzhou for work, and this visit was no exception—especially since it coincided with New Year’s Eve. The festive atmosphere throughout the hotel was truly impressive; the celebration in the lobby was lively and well-organized, with great music and decorations that really set the mood. My room was just as comfortable as ever, and the view from the balcony overlooking Jinji Lake was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings. The housekeeping service was prompt and attentive, always ready to help. I checked in again with Daisy at the front desk—her warm smile and professional yet friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations. If you’re visiting Suzhou, don’t miss staying here—it’s a top choice for both business and leisure travelers.
I’ve dined at Xinchu a few times before, but this was my first time staying at Niccolo Suzhou—completely different experience! I booked the lake-view N3 room through Karina for my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. Facing the Oriental Gate, the night views are stunning—glittering lights reflecting on the water, like something out of a movie. Karina went above and beyond with her service—she even surprised me with a birthday cake 🎂, which made the whole stay feel special. The breakfast extending until 11 AM is such a thoughtful touch, especially on weekends when you can just enjoy it as a relaxed brunch and skip lunch. The only minor downside? The room ran surprisingly hot—even at 16°C, it felt stuffy, and by afternoon it seemed close to 30°C, so maybe a slight AC adjustment would help. Also, the pool is on the smaller side. But overall, the exceptional service, incredible location, and beautiful views more than make up for it. A fantastic stay with great value!
