This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the metro station, making it super easy to explore Pingjiang Road and Guanqian Street. The area is packed with great dining options, local shops, and charming alleyways, all within walking distance. What stood out most was how quiet and peaceful the rooms were despite being right in the heart of the city—true urban serenity. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and convenient. The design of the room is modern and stylish, with thoughtful touches throughout—clean, well-lit, and very spacious. The bathroom felt like a mini retreat, with high-quality fixtures and excellent water pressure. Everything about this place screams value for money. I’ve already added it to my list of must-stay hotels when I return to Suzhou. Highly recommend!

Even though the main entrance is under renovation, it doesn’t take away from the overall experience—inside, the hotel is beautifully designed with a subtle southern Chinese aesthetic that feels both modern and timeless. The room features a spacious, fully separated bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, making every moment feel like a mini retreat. Common areas are thoughtfully laid out with a cozy reading nook, long tables, and a small lounge bar offering free snacks and coffee—perfect for relaxing or working remotely. Cleanliness is top-notch, especially considering the price point; this kind of quality for under $250 USD is incredibly hard to beat. Every corner of the hotel is Instagram-worthy—especially if you’re into photography or love dressing up in traditional attire like a qipao. And kudos to Xiao Yang, our dedicated guest service manager—so attentive, helpful, and warm. If I ever return to Suzhou, this will be my first choice without hesitation.

This was my first trip to Suzhou, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk from Guanqian Street and right next to Chayuanchang Metro Station, making exploration super convenient. The room itself was clean, modern, and had a built-in projector, which made for some cozy movie nights in bed. Super chill vibe! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—especially Xiao Liu, who went above and beyond with every request. I didn’t even get a chance to take photos of the hotel interior, but the ones I captured during my city walks really show how great the neighborhood is. Everything about this stay was top-notch: location, comfort, service, and value. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Suzhou.

Staying at LBED Collection Hotel in Suzhou was an absolute highlight of my trip. The location is unbeatable—right on Shilu Pedestrian Street, just a 3-minute walk from Shilu Metro Station (Line 2). It’s only 8 minutes to Qili Shantang and 10 minutes to Liu Yuan Garden, making sightseeing super convenient on foot. The hotel is on the 2nd and 3rd floors with a working elevator, and my upgraded room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully lit—sunlight streamed in through the windows, but even with the windows closed, there was no noise from the busy street. The cleanliness was top-notch, the bedding smelled fresh like sunlight, and having a little sofa made it perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Staff were exceptional—from the kind, attentive manager to the friendly front desk team, especially Xiao Zhang. Every employee greeted guests warmly, and their professionalism stood out. I loved how easy it was to access so many attractions: Shantang Street, Chengmen Gate, Taibo Temple, Yitu Garden, and Wufeng Yuan—all within walking distance. And right across from the hotel is Xianren Market, packed with local eateries. I had some amazing steamed buns just steps away.
