Getting to Guangzhou East Railway Station by metro is super quick, and it’s only a short walk from the station to the hotel—very convenient and well-signposted. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; they answered all my questions thoroughly, including local transport tips, and even assisted with a few small requests during my stay. The hotel’s location is ideal—quiet surroundings mean I always sleep well. The room itself was comfortable, with high-quality bedding and a variety of pillow options for different sleeping preferences. Cleanliness was also top-notch, which matters a lot to me—I felt confident about the hygiene standards throughout. The only minor downside was the screen mirroring function, which didn’t work smoothly—something the hotel might want to look into improving. But overall, everything else was spot-on. Plus, the recent renovation gave the place a fresh, inviting atmosphere. Great value, great service, and a solid choice if you’re visiting Guangzhou East Station area.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. Located just a short walk from the South China Botanical Garden, it’s incredibly convenient for nature lovers and city explorers alike. Despite being near a bustling area, the rooms are remarkably quiet—no traffic noise at all. The key-card access to elevators adds a nice layer of security, which made me feel much more at ease during my stay. Waking up each morning to fresh air flowing through the open window was such a refreshing start to the day. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming—the lady even greeted me personally upon check-in and kindly guided me to my room. For the price in Guangzhou, this is truly excellent value. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and care. I’d absolutely recommend it and will definitely return.

Nanyang Changsheng Hotel

I was completely blown away by this hotel during my trip to Guangzhou—the architecture is stunning, with a true Versailles-inspired design that immediately caught my eye. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with plush bedding that made for a truly restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a smart dry-wet separation design, and the hot water pressure was excellent—perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient; even though we arrived early, they went the extra mile to secure us a room promptly. The bellhop and housekeeping team were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was larger than expected, with a sleek modern minimalist design, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable bedding—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently excellent. Bonus points for the complimentary minibar and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse options blending Chinese and Western favorites, all freshly prepared and delicious. We also made use of the rooftop pool and fitness center, which offer stunning city views and a serene atmosphere. From the moment we arrived on the mountain, every detail was thoughtfully handled—from the driver who welcomed us with a smile, to the restaurant supervisor and service staff who went above and beyond. Even the housekeeping team showed genuine care throughout our stay. One standout moment was seeing Mr. Liu personally leading training sessions or meetings at the parking area; it’s clear his team is well-trained and genuinely passionate about hospitality. And of course, the famous Baiyun Pork Trotters lived up to their reputation—we ordered them multiple times! The peaceful atmosphere, attentive staff, and authentic local flavors made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-organized escape with exceptional service.

I stayed here for six consecutive nights during National Day and decided to come back again for New Year’s—truly a repeat guest! The staff is incredibly responsive; any request is handled promptly, making the experience seamless. The value for money is outstanding—this hotel truly delivers more than expected. They even treated me to a complimentary bowl of steamed Wumen wonton noodles, which was delicious and perfectly warming. Heating in the room exceeded my expectations—so cozy during winter that I felt like I could skip the coat entirely!
