Step outside and you're face-to-face with the iconic Bell Tower—perfect for photos and soaking in the historic vibe. The staff, from security to front desk and laundry team, were all friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast was fantastic—daily rotating menu with fresh, diverse options that kept us excited every morning. My parents especially loved the afternoon tea service; after a long day of exploring, returning to a cozy corner with a warm drink and light bites was pure bliss. This hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and charm. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an—and I’ll definitely be back.

It offered a fantastic variety—from traditional Chinese pastries to warm Western-style dishes—all made with fresh ingredients and deliciously prepared. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, responding quickly to any requests and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. Even though the room size is a minor drawback, the outstanding breakfast and top-notch service make this stay well worth it. I accidentally left some personal items behind, and they went out of their way to arrange mailing them to me afterward. That kind of attention to detail truly stands out. On-site facilities are excellent: a fully equipped 24-hour gym for early morning workouts, a convenient laundry room, and a spacious breakfast buffet offering a great mix of Western and Chinese options.
