The hotel itself has such a refined atmosphere—so elegant and full of character, making it easy to capture beautiful photos right on the premises. Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They even surprised us with breakfast vouchers for our child—a thoughtful touch that made the stay extra special. At check-out, the front desk agent, Ms. Wang, went above and beyond by asking if we were satisfied and handed us a small gift as a farewell token. It felt so personal and heartfelt. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. Cleanliness is outstanding: no dust in the corners, crisp and fresh bedding with zero odors, and a perfectly separated bathroom that makes everything feel safe and hygienic. The service stands out too—the front desk staff checked us in quickly and efficiently, and Guo Jing was especially warm and attentive.
