Breakfast can get busy in the morning, so splitting the dining area into two smaller sections would help reduce crowding. The hotel’s facilities, the comfort of the bedding, and the overall service were all excellent—truly exceeded expectations. What stood out most was the two front desk staff members who were so warm and welcoming every time we passed by. It felt like seeing family members each day. Their genuine hospitality made the whole experience even more memorable. As always, IHG delivered a top-notch stay, and I’ll definitely choose them again on my next trip to Kunming. A special shout-out to those two amazing ladies—I even took photos of their name tags before leaving, hoping they get recognized and appreciated by the company.
