This was my second stay at this hotel during my visit to Xi'an, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Guangji Street Metro Station, making exploration around the city incredibly convenient. Right outside the door, there are plenty of local food stalls offering delicious breakfast options at affordable prices. The hotel offers free parking, which is a huge plus for travelers driving in. Inside, the room was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable—everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. The staff, especially front desk agent Xiao Fan, went above and beyond with their hospitality. They patiently helped adjust the TV settings and ensured our room was just right. Their genuine care made a big difference. Overall, the experience was excellent—clean, convenient, and warmly managed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Xi'an.

The location is definitely a big plus—just a short walk from the Bell Tower and perfect for exploring the lively Muslim Street area. However, the room itself feels dated and could really use an upgrade. There's a musty smell in the air, and the bathroom door doesn’t close properly, which is quite annoying. I couldn’t find either the AC remote or the TV remote—searched everywhere without luck. It was frustrating having to rely on my phone just to control the basics. While the price point is fair and the convenience of the location makes it tempting, the overall condition of the room and lack of attention to small details make me hesitant to book again. I’d only choose this hotel again because of its central spot—not because of the experience.

Staying at Gentlemen International Hotel was a great experience overall. The room was spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of comfort and a nice sense of openness. Its location near Sajin Bridge Metro Station made getting around the city incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the station. I especially loved the outdoor breakfast setup; it had a relaxed vibe with fresh, delicious food—my highlight was the hot congee and freshly baked bread, which tasted fantastic. That said, I did have two small suggestions: the ¥100 deposit for the umbrella seems a bit high for such a small item, and it might be worth reconsidering. Also, no one at the front desk asked if I was driving, which is something I’d expect from a higher-end hotel—proactively offering parking information or assistance would make the stay even more seamless. These are minor points, but with a perfect 10/10 rating, this hotel is already very close to excellence. Just a few thoughtful touches could make it truly outstanding.
