The staff were excellent—check-in was quick and efficient, and they even offered hot water when checking out. Food delivery was brought straight to the door without relying on robots, which made the process feel more personal and convenient. A small suggestion: maybe switch the laundry detergent in the laundry room to liquid detergent, and consider providing two toothbrushes in the room for guests traveling together. Cleanliness stood out—bed linens were crisp, the bathroom was spotless with no lingering odors, and the floor gleamed like it had just been polished. The overall environment was neat and thoughtfully designed; the lobby and hallways felt fresh and inviting, with tasteful greenery adding a calming touch. Staff went above and beyond—they greeted me warmly, offered helpful tips on local transit, and even checked in on me before check-out to ensure everything was fine. Located right near the City Library Metro Station, getting around Xi’an was super convenient—just a short ride to the Bell Tower or Muslim Quarter. This hotel delivers exceptional value for the price. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Xi’an.

Staying at Y Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Muslim Street) was absolutely one of the best experiences during my trip to Xi'an. The room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly polite and attentive—so welcoming! Right outside the hotel, you're surrounded by amazing local street food, making dining a breeze. I even fell in love with the little cat living in the lobby—it’s adorable and so photogenic! Every front desk staff member was friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable—I slept like a baby all night long. The online photos matched reality perfectly, and the location is unbeatable: just steps away from major attractions like Bell and Drum Tower and the Muslim Quarter. Public transport access is also excellent, making it easy to explore the city. This stay truly exceeded my expectations—highly recommend for anyone visiting Xi'an!

Gentlemen International Hotel

Staying at Gentlemen International Hotel was a great experience overall. The room was spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of comfort and a nice sense of openness. Its location near Sajin Bridge Metro Station made getting around the city incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the station. I especially loved the outdoor breakfast setup; it had a relaxed vibe with fresh, delicious food—my highlight was the hot congee and freshly baked bread, which tasted fantastic. That said, I did have two small suggestions: the ¥100 deposit for the umbrella seems a bit high for such a small item, and it might be worth reconsidering. Also, no one at the front desk asked if I was driving, which is something I’d expect from a higher-end hotel—proactively offering parking information or assistance would make the stay even more seamless. These are minor points, but with a perfect 10/10 rating, this hotel is already very close to excellence. Just a few thoughtful touches could make it truly outstanding.
