This was my second stay at this Sheraton, and I’m already planning my next visit. The pool area is absolutely perfect—serene, well-maintained, and just right for a relaxing swim. It’s clear this hotel has built a strong reputation over the years, and it shows in every detail. I especially love the à la carte Chinese restaurant—two of the servers stood out with their warm smiles and attentive yet unobtrusive service. And the breakfast? Outstanding. We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. She never fails to recommend local favorites, like the authentic sour pork noodles, spicy tangy soup noodles, and the famous three-color cold skin noodles—every meal has been a delight. Located right next to Shajinqiao Metro Station, getting around the city is incredibly convenient, and the free parking is a real bonus for those driving. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant serves up delicious, authentic dishes that make every meal feel special. This has become my go-to choice whenever I visit Xi'an — super convenient to get to, especially with the metro nearby. The value for money is outstanding, especially since the room rate includes tickets for two adults and one child. That’s a huge plus when traveling with family. The staff, particularly the front desk lady, were incredibly responsive and helpful — any question I had was resolved quickly and professionally. The only minor downside is that food delivery can’t be sent directly to your room; you have to pick it up on the first floor. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off considering how great everything else is. I’d definitely come back again.

The rooftop terrace where we enjoyed tea while facing the ancient city wall. We saved $54 by not buying a ticket to climb the wall, and still got the same stunning views. Right downstairs is Xiao Nanmen Morning Market—packed with local street food favorites and Instagram-worthy snacks. They also offer e-bike rentals, which made getting around the city so much easier since taxis are hard to find and walking isn’t ideal. For anyone who wants convenience, comfort, and an authentic experience without the hassle, this place hits all the right notes. Absolutely worth returning!

I especially loved the outdoor breakfast setup; it had a relaxed vibe with fresh, delicious food—my highlight was the hot congee and freshly baked bread, which tasted fantastic. That said, I did have two small suggestions: the ¥100 deposit for the umbrella seems a bit high for such a small item, and it might be worth reconsidering. Also, no one at the front desk asked if I was driving, which is something I’d expect from a higher-end hotel—proactively offering parking information or assistance would make the stay even more seamless. These are minor points, but with a perfect 10/10 rating, this hotel is already very close to excellence. Just a few thoughtful touches could make it truly outstanding.
