What made it worse was that I paid a €150 deposit for potential damages, with a clear promise of refund within 2–7 business days. After three days of follow-ups, there’s still no response or refund. No communication, no solutions — just silence. It feels like we were treated as a cash grab rather than guests. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the property, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
