The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and staff are friendly and attentive. Great location, great value, and an overall fantastic experience—I’d definitely come back without hesitation.

Upon check-in, the front desk staff was so welcoming they upgraded me to a Premium Deluxe King room at no extra cost—huge space, very comfortable, and the best part? It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel also has a full laundry service with both washing and drying machines—plus, they’ll even collect your clothes when you’re out, which is seriously thoughtful. The only tiny hiccup? The TV wouldn’t turn on, and the remote seemed unresponsive. But if you don’t rely on TV, it’s not a dealbreaker—just ask the front desk for help. This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome fruit, and the kids even received a little snack pack. The mini-fridge had complimentary soft drinks available anytime, and staff replenished them daily. Bottled water could be requested at the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised by the food delivery robot—an innovative touch that added a modern flair. Staff were friendly and attentive, and thanks to the booking platform, we were able to upgrade to early check-in and late checkout without hassle. Located just a 10-minute walk from Datieguan Metro Station, the hotel is also steps away from a convenience store—ideal for last-minute needs. With its thoughtful amenities, excellent service, and unbeatable location, this place truly stands out. Definitely planning to come back.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The facilities are brand new and the rooms are spacious and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. Cleanliness is outstanding; every corner felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff, especially the young lady at reception, were incredibly friendly and welcoming—always smiling and ready to help. I checked out at 2 PM but was able to extend until 4 PM with no hassle, which was a huge plus. Breakfast was mostly excellent—the pastries were fresh, the eggs were cooked just right, and the fruit platter was generous. The congee was a bit thin, but everything else was top-notch. My favorite spot in the room? That desk and chair combo—I sat there for hours reading and working, and it’s already become a photo-worthy highlight. Plus, being so close to the hospital made everything stress-free during my visit. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a great value, this is definitely the place to stay.
