The stay exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's location is perfect—just a short walk to Qichun Square and conveniently close to Yifu Hospital. Public transportation is super accessible, and there are plenty of dining options and shops nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or do some shopping without going far. The room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and very comfortable—the bed was great for a good night’s sleep. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk staff. Everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully managed. With such excellent value for money, I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Hangzhou. Highly recommend!

On the ground floor, you’ll find a local restaurant and a convenience store, making daily needs super easy. The room itself has great sound insulation, and despite its compact size, it feels well-equipped with everything you’d need. Bedding is fresh and hygienic—no corners were missed in terms of cleanliness. They even provide disposable face towels, which shows attention to detail. Food delivery comes via robot, adding a fun tech touch. The lobby doubles as a casual dining spot and offers luggage storage—very convenient for travelers. Staff are friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Location-wise, it’s perfectly positioned for getting around town easily. With such high value for money and top-notch service, I’d definitely book again. Highly recommended!

It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

Staying at Kaiyuan Hotel Apartment (Hangzhou Mansion 501) was an absolute delight. The unit is spacious—around 40 to 50 square meters—making it feel more like a home than a hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and upgraded me to a 1.8-meter queen bed room with a European-style design, complete with a cozy sofa, private bathroom, and even a kitchen sink. It’s truly apartment-style living at its best. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right next to the subway entrance, across from Silks Place Mall, and just steps away from Hangzhou Mansion 501. Perfect for exploring Qinchun Square or shopping nearby. The only minor downside is that the elevator downstairs can take up to 10 minutes during peak times, but everything else more than makes up for it. The next day, a customer service representative reached out to check if I wanted to extend my stay—such a thoughtful touch. Booking through the platform also allowed a late check-out until 2 PM, which was super convenient. Plus, driving from Qianjiang Century City takes just 10 minutes via tunnel—super easy access. This place offers amazing value, comfort, and convenience. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.
