My wife and I visited Xi'an for a short getaway, and stayed at Ji Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street) — truly one of the best experiences so far. Located right near Luoma Market Pedestrian Street, it’s in a bustling area yet surprisingly quiet, which made our stay peaceful and enjoyable. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Exit F of Metro Lines 2 and 6, making it super convenient to explore the city. We originally booked two nights but ended up extending to five because we loved it so much — that says it all! We were upgraded to a family room at no extra cost, and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The window overlooks a residential courtyard, adding a nice touch of calm. The housekeeping staff were exceptional — always on time, attentive, and genuinely caring. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with any request. Breakfast seating was a bit limited, so expanding the area would be great. There are two washing machines and two dryers, which is good, but during peak evening hours, there can be a wait — adding one more machine would really improve convenience. Overall, this place offers excellent value, comfort, and service. We’ll definitely come back!

But once I arrived, the comfort, service, and convenience made me want to stay longer. The hotel is perfectly positioned—just a short walk from metro lines and bus stops, making it incredibly easy to explore key attractions like the City Wall, Big Goose Pagoda, and ancient Daming Palace. The room view? Stunning—direct sightlines to the historic city wall and train station, which added a special charm to our stay. Special shoutout to Mr. Wei Xinglong from the concierge team—he went above and beyond helping with luggage and package collection, always cheerful and efficient. The front desk staff, Xiao Hao and Xiao Liu, were warm, professional, and attentive.
