The hotel is perfectly positioned—just a short walk from metro lines and bus stops, making it incredibly easy to explore key attractions like the City Wall, Big Goose Pagoda, and ancient Daming Palace. The room view? Stunning—direct sightlines to the historic city wall and train station, which added a special charm to our stay. Special shoutout to Mr. Wei Xinglong from the concierge team—he went above and beyond helping with luggage and package collection, always cheerful and efficient. The front desk staff, Xiao Hao and Xiao Liu, were warm, professional, and attentive. When we mentioned the room felt a bit warm on our first night, they immediately upgraded us to a larger suite at no extra cost—a truly unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable. Housekeeping was spotless, and the room had excellent natural light, giving it a bright, inviting feel. This is hands down the best choice for my trip to Xi'an! WOW Courtyard Hotel at Tang Paradise and Giant Wild Goose Pagoda location is unbeatable—just a 3-minute walk to both attractions. The room was spotless, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a restful night. The bathroom features excellent dry/wet separation—super practical and always stays clean. The front desk staff went above and beyond: they gave me clear pickup tips nearby and even shared smart local recommendations for sightseeing and photo spots. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel feels surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and calm.
