Staying at New World Wuhan Hotel was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Wuhan Wuchang Mall and MixC, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, immaculately clean, and very well-maintained with a comfortable bed and fresh air—no musty smells at all. The staff went above and beyond: friendly, attentive, and always smiling. They even helped carry luggage upon check-in and offered little welcome gifts—such a thoughtful touch! Parking is complimentary and seamlessly connected to the mall’s system, which made arriving and leaving so hassle-free, especially for those driving. The overall atmosphere is quiet yet modern, with excellent facilities and a great sense of cleanliness. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and top-tier service, this is it. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to everyone.

I was especially impressed by Manager Wan Wei at check-in; his hospitality went above and beyond. After checking in, he even invited us to play a fun little game—a spinning wheel giveaway! I landed a 70 RMB laundry discount, which was perfect since I had a few clothes needing clean. It wasn’t just a nice surprise—it felt personal and thoughtful.
