The hotel is on an island. Tioman Island is only accessible via public ferry from Mersing Jetty. There are 3 Points to reach Japamala Resort. 1. Take a Land transfer from Villa Samadhi Kuala Lumpur/Singapore City to Mersing Jetty. Estimated 5hr journey with additional charge. Minimum 7 days booking in advance. Full payment is required upon confirmation. 2. Take a Public ferry from Mersing Jetty to Genting Jetty on Tioman Island. Public ferry tickets are bookable from https://bluewater.my/ or https://www.cataferry.com/. Please book at least 2weeks before arrival and standby at Mersing Jetty 1hr before departure. 3. Pick-up by Japamala Resort from Genting Jetty to Japamala Resort with additional charge. Reservation is required 1Day before with Full name, passport details or Malaysian ID, and ferry details for boat transfer arrangement.
