The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—always smiling, ready to assist, and going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Dining at Zhiwei Hall was another highlight. The food was excellent, with authentic flavors and beautiful presentation. While some dishes were on the pricier side, considering the quality, setting, and service, it felt justified. My family especially loved the taste of the signature dishes and kept raving about them afterward. Overall, this was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality.
