On one occasion, I was running late for a scheduled photoshoot, and the doorman not only proactively called the studio to request a time extension but also immediately helped me secure a taxiโall while showing more urgency than I did! That level of dedication and care is rare and deeply appreciated. This place isnโt just a stay; itโs a memorable experience from start to finish.

Weโre both light sleepers, so we intentionally booked a two-bedroom suite for this tripโand it was absolutely the right choice. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean, and so quiet that we slept like babies. I was truly impressed by Irene, who professionally helped me recover my forgotten Moncler vest with ease. The room cleaning and amenities were top-notchโalways fresh, well-stocked, and meticulously maintained. Every detail reflects genuine care and attention. This experience exceeded all expectations. Staying at Kensington Hotel Yeouido was a perfect choice for my trip to Seoul, especially since I was attending a concert at Gocheok Dome. The hotel offers a direct shuttle from the airport, and public transportationโincluding subway stations and bus stopsโis just steps away, making travel incredibly convenient. The nearby Hyundai Department Store, along with a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Best of all, the hotel overlooks the Han Riverโwaking up to that view and taking a morning jog in the adjacent park was one of the highlights. Though some facilities feel a bit dated, the overall experience was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and offered complimentary luggage storage, which came in handy. Room service was attentive and thoughtful. Despite minor wear, the location, comfort, and hospitality make this hotel a great valueโdefinitely a place Iโd return to.

Everything you need is within walking distance, making it ideal for exploring the neighborhood. One minor downside: the hotelโs GPS location can be tricky to pinpoint. We found that moving around the L-level near the front desk helped improve the signal. The staff are mostly young, but theyโre friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast could use some improvementโitโs quite limited in variety, offering only a few basic options. A bit more diversity would go a long way. Still, considering the location, service, and value, this is a solid choice for travelers looking for a convenient and reliable base in Seoul.
I was a bit skeptical about the size before booking, but honestly, it worked out perfectly for my friend and me. The bed was incredibly comfortableโmaybe we were just really tired, but we slept like logs! The electric toilet was a real game-changer: automatic heating, super convenient, and so relaxing to use. The mirror is hugeโdefinitely big enough for two people to get ready at the same time without stepping on each otherโs toes. Location-wise, it's right between Kongde Station and Mapo Station, making subway access super easy. Just pop out of one of the exits near Kongde and you're immediately in front of a famous pig trotter streetโgreat for late-night snacks. I heard thereโs also a food alley behind the hotel, but we were too exhausted to explore it. Across the street is an OY store, perfect for grabbing essentials. Airport buses drop you off right at the door, and returning to the airport is just as smoothโjust walk straight from McDonaldโs to the bus stop across the street. Front desk staff speak English, and one gentleman even speaks Chinese, so communication was never an issue. They donโt provide toothpaste or toothbrushes, but those are available at the lobby shop. The bath amenities? Absolutely top-notch. My hair felt soft and silky after washingโprobably thanks to the local water quality, though I didnโt get the brand name. Overall, this place hits all the right notes: comfort, convenience, great location, and excellent value. Highly recommend!

The location is unbeatableโjust a 2-minute walk from Hongdae Station Exit 1, with a 7-Eleven right next door and other convenience stores like CU and OY within easy reach. The room was more spacious than expected for a city hotel; we had two suitcases laid out flat on the floor, yet still felt plenty of room to move around. Daily housekeeping made the stay even more comfortable. The only minor downside was the sound insulationโsome noise from neighboring rooms came through, but it didnโt disrupt our rest significantly. For the price and location, this place offers great value. Iโd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Seoulโs vibrant Hongdae area.

The design is sleek and modern, with a stylish lobby on the 21st floor featuring self-check-in and check-out, plus smart lockers for luggage. I especially loved the rooftop pool on the 22nd floorโopen only in summer, but what a treat to enjoy it under the sun or during golden hour. The room was spacious, chic, and thoughtfully equipped, including a welcome drink and snacksโsmall touches that made the stay feel special.
