The front desk staff speak English and are genuinely warm and attentive. We booked two rooms: one king bedroom and one twin room with a queen-sized bed and a single bed, perfect for three people. The room had a lovely balcony, ample space, clean interiors, and water temperature that was just right. I particularly loved the shampoo and conditioner—they left my hair incredibly soft and smooth. We’re both light sleepers, so we intentionally booked a two-bedroom suite for this trip—and it was absolutely the right choice. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean, and so quiet that we slept like babies. The front desk staff went above and beyond—they helped us call a taxi and even gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. It made our stay stress-free and super enjoyable.
