The facilities are well-equipped and thoughtfully designed—comfortable bedding, high-quality toiletries, and a clean, modern vibe throughout. The staff went above and beyond with their service; friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They even upgraded my room without hesitation, which was a nice surprise. What stood out most was the cleanliness—this might be the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Every surface, from the bathroom tiles to the carpet, felt spotless, even in the corners. The soundproofing is excellent too—no noise from neighboring rooms or hallway, perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. We visited during New Year’s, and it was ideal for a relaxed getaway with friends. Located right next to a shopping center, dining options are plentiful, and public transit makes downtown easily accessible. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. Opening the curtains in the morning revealed breathtaking views of snow-capped Bogeda Peak—a true highlight. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and all amenities were well-maintained and up to standard. Breakfast was a real treat: a diverse spread that included fresh seafood dishes from Guangdong cuisine alongside authentic Xinjiang specialties like hand-pulled lamb, all prepared with great care and flavor. The on-site facilities are impressive too—there's a heated indoor pool, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing spa center, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I especially want to highlight Grace—the level of service she provided was exceptional. She was patient, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. From reminding us about mini-bar charges to guiding us through Wi-Fi setup, she covered every detail with care. The room itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything about this stay felt polished and personalized. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with smart home features that made everything feel seamless and modern. The bedding was comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was—no noise from outside or neighboring units. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, offering helpful tips about parking and breakfast. There’s a free parking lot with plenty of spaces, which is a big plus. The breakfast buffet was impressive—wide variety, including authentic local Uyghur dishes. Plus, there are laundry facilities and EV charging stations available, which adds great value. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed. If I’m ever back in Urumqi, this will be my first choice again.
