Staying at Ji Hotel Hangzhou Qianjiang New City Fuxing Road was a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. When we arrived, they even offered us hot water, which was such a thoughtful touch. Later, when I accidentally lost my breakfast voucher, the team didn’t hesitate to issue a replacement right away—no hassle at all. That kind of service really stands out. On-site, the hotel sells simple but delicious boxed meals, perfect for a quick bite. Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet environment, and great location just steps from metro access and local eateries. Everything about this stay felt seamless and well thought out. I’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next business trip to Hangzhou. Highly recommend it!
Staying at Hangzhou Binjiang Maison New Century Hotel was an absolutely delightful experience. The room was larger than expected and I even got a complimentary upgrade—perfect for my short trip. One highlight was the free evening snack service—especially loved the fresh oranges, juicy and sweet, along with other well-chosen fruits. Breakfast was solid, nothing fancy but satisfying, and the yogurt stood out—creamy and delicious. The hotel’s overall environment is peaceful, the facilities are modern and well-maintained, and cleanliness is top-notch. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. From check-in to checkout, everything felt seamless. This place offers excellent value for money and I’d definitely return.
