We were upgraded to a 180-degree river view room for free, and the view alone is worth every penny—watching the Qiantang River stretch out in front of you during the day or the city lights sparkle at night is unforgettable. The service was prompt and thoughtful throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Anthea at reception—friendly, efficient, and always smiling. And Jack from the Chinese restaurant went above and beyond with his warm hospitality. Everything felt personal, not just transactional. If you're looking for a luxury experience with a stunning riverside view and genuine care from staff, this place delivers. Highly recommend it.

Staying at Hotel Twinkle in Hangzhou's Binjiang Olympic Sports Center was hands down one of the most memorable experiences I've had recently. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the elegant French-inspired architecture and modern luxury set the tone perfectly—like walking into a high-end art gallery. The exterior is strikingly sophisticated, but it’s inside where the details truly shine. Every corner of the public spaces feels intentional and beautifully curated, with an artistic vibe that speaks volumes about the hotel’s attention to quality and design. The front desk staff were exceptional—my personal concierge was warm, attentive, and always smiling. Whether it was check-in or last-minute advice before checkout, their professionalism and genuine hospitality made all the difference. Dining here was another highlight. The restaurant isn’t just visually stunning—it delivers on taste too. Breakfast was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, while dinner offered a refined menu with excellent presentation. The ambiance elevated every meal into a special occasion. The fitness center and pool are well-maintained and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I especially loved soaking in the pool under the evening sky—it was peaceful and rejuvenating. One small moment stood out: I arrived late and accidentally locked my keycard inside the room. Without hesitation, the team helped me reissue a new one quickly and calmly. Their calm response and willingness to assist made me feel truly cared for. As a returning guest from previous stays at other Jun Ting properties, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary room upgrade and a charming little Hangzhou fridge magnet as a keepsake — such a sweet touch! The attention to detail and genuine hospitality make this hotel stand out. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hangzhou, and I’ll definitely be back.

voco Hangzhou Binjiang Minghao

This was my first stay at a voco hotel, and I have to say it exceeded all my expectations. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the metro station and only a few minutes away from the Qiantang River, with beautiful views nearby. From the moment I arrived, Leo made me feel welcome with warm, attentive service during check-in and even brought a delicious green bean paste dessert and yogurt in the evening—such a thoughtful touch. Parking was a breeze thanks to the spacious underground garage with two levels. The room itself was stylish, bright, and generously sized, with top-notch amenities and high-quality ELEMIS bath products. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and great flavors. Everything about this stay felt polished and well thought out. I’ll definitely be back.

Hotel Indigo Hangzhou Uptown

Staying at Hotel Indigo Hangzhou Uptown was an absolute delight! I highly recommend trying their 【Qianchao Steamed Cuisine · Ten Bowls】dinner for two—authentic Hangzhou flavors that truly showcase local cuisine. The dishes were beautifully presented, clearly crafted with care and attention to detail, just like what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Our servers were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience feel personal and warm. The minibar was well-stocked with plenty of options: sparkling water, Cha Time tea drinks, and beer—perfect for a relaxed evening. We also received complimentary lounge drink vouchers from the group, which allowed us to enjoy a simple Americano or green tea in the lobby bar. Fresh welcome fruits upon arrival added a nice touch. The only minor downside was that the pool wasn’t open on Wednesday, but overall, the ambiance is modern, clean, and inviting. Located close to downtown, it’s super convenient for getting around—just a short ride to West Lake and the bustling Hulbin pedestrian street. Excellent service, great value, and a memorable stay. Definitely planning to return.
