The B&B itself is cozy, clean, and well-appointed, with spacious, comfortable rooms, excellent soundproofing, and super comfy beds and pillows. The heating system works perfectly, making it cozy even on cooler evenings. Location-wise, it’s ideal—just a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, and within easy reach of the city center. What truly made our stay unforgettable? On my birthday, Gianluca surprised us with a beautifully presented tiramisu complete with a little candle—such a thoughtful gesture that brought tears to my eyes. It turned an already amazing trip into something truly special. We were genuinely sad leaving the room, and I can already feel myself planning our return visit.
