On my second visit, it was quite cold outside when I arrived, and the front desk staff immediately offered me a warm cup of tea. Super thoughtful! I checked in earlier than usual, and they promptly arranged for housekeeping to clean the room so I could get in early—no waiting, just smooth and efficient service. The room itself lived up to the high standard I’d experienced before: clean, well-maintained, comfortable bedding, and all amenities in perfect working order. The location is fantastic—just steps away from Yongning Gate and Nanshaomen Metro Station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The Serta mattress was heavenly—literally collapsed into it and felt my travel fatigue melt away. A manager immediately stepped in—without hesitation, he used his own phone to call my husband, reconnecting us. He then arranged a ride for me and personally accompanied me to the train station, updating my husband on my location throughout the journey. The station is huge and crowded, so he helped us share real-time location until I safely met my husband. This simple act of kindness made such a difference during a stressful moment. It’s rare to find such genuine care in a hotel, especially when you’re far from home. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed—and now, I’m already planning to return.
