The room was immaculately clean, spotless from top to bottom with no overlooked corners—impressive attention to detail. Crystal Hotel Changsha Wu Yi Square IFS

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! I was especially impressed with the front desk staff, Jia Hui, who helped me secure a high-floor room with an incredible view of the city skyline—opening the window felt like being on top of the world. Located just 1.2 km from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, it’s super convenient whether walking or taking a short ride. There’s even a great little spot called Ben Luobo nearby—worth a visit for some delicious local eats. The robot delivery service is a real game-changer; ordering food and having it brought straight to my room was so seamless. Plus, the free laundry room and fitness center on the upper floor made life super easy—washing and drying clothes took no time at all. Everything about this stay was smooth, modern, and thoughtfully designed. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and value. Definitely coming back.

I also loved that they offered fresh fruit every afternoon—a small but thoughtful touch. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: just a short walk to Cha Yan Yue Se, and right next to the metro station. From here, getting to attractions like Orange Isle, Yuelu Mountain, and Aiwan Pavilion was super easy. Everything was convenient, well-organized, and truly made my trip memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever visit Changsha again.

The rooms are warmly heated, ideal for winter stays, and the large windows offer a great view of the bustling city streets. Even though it’s on a busy street, the double-glazed windows do a great job blocking out noise, so sleep was never disturbed. What truly stood out was the thoughtful touches: upon returning, I found fresh tea bags, laundry detergent, fruit, milk, and even a handwritten note left on the vanity. That personal touch made such a difference. The housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive and detail-oriented.
