Her attentiveness, prompt action, and genuine care truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and professionalism in hospitality. The hotel itself is perfectly located near the subway station, making it super convenient for exploring Beijing. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and top-tier service make this a go-to choice for me in the future. While the staff were very helpful with luggage despite the lack of elevators, check-in was a bit slow. Room cleanliness was decent overall, though I noticed some mildew on the ceiling—something worth mentioning. Still, I was upgraded to a clean room by 2 PM, which greatly improved my stay. The amenities are basic but functional, and the location really makes up for it. For a budget-friendly option with great access to food and nearby attractions, this hotel offers solid value.

Sure, the room is more compact compared to other luxury hotels, but the view of the Liangma River from the window makes every moment feel special—so serene, so picturesque, I can’t help but linger by the window. The highlight? The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner. The food is exceptional—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and far beyond what you’d expect at many five-star properties. On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. He remembered my preference for warm dishes and kindly heated up the seafood before serving—such thoughtful attention to detail. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort. During dinner, I met a couple with their child, who shared they also make it a habit to visit a luxury hotel every weekend. After trying several places, they keep coming back to Kempinski—not just for the food or rooms, but because of the warmth, the genuine hospitality, and that sense of home. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a sanctuary. A place where stress melts away, and memories are made. This year, we’ve already booked our Lunar New Year stay. Can’t wait to return and relive that feeling all over again.
