The overall facilities and room design are modern and well thought out, making the stay genuinely comfortable. It's conveniently located just outside the Northeast 3rd Ring Road, with easy access to subway stations nearby—perfect if you're relying on public transit. Driving in? Parking is only 40 RMB per day, which is very reasonable. Right now, the lobby is beautifully decorated with a stunning Christmas tree and festive touches throughout—definitely sets a cheerful mood. The elevators automatically light up your floor when you swipe your key card—a nice tech touch. Room space is generous, clean, and well-organized, with both shower and bathtub available. Even small details like alcohol wipes, toilet seat covers, and bath mats were thoughtfully provided. Only minor note: the hairdryer wasn’t the most powerful. The rooftop lounge on the 23rd floor offers afternoon tea and happy hour for guests with privileges—great for unwinding. Breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant was fantastic: a wide variety of coffee options, freshly made, plus an unexpected highlight—hard-boiled eggs already peeled! There’s also a great selection of soups, main dishes, desserts, and drinks. The 25-meter pool is spacious and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. Staff service was excellent throughout—special thanks to Alice at reception, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in Beijing, and I’ll definitely be back.

The highlight? The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner. The food is exceptional—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and far beyond what you’d expect at many five-star properties. On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. He remembered my preference for warm dishes and kindly heated up the seafood before serving—such thoughtful attention to detail. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort. During dinner, I met a couple with their child, who shared they also make it a habit to visit a luxury hotel every weekend. The Westin Beijing Chaoyang

We stayed at The Westin Beijing Chaoyang on November 3rd with my partner, and the entire experience was exceptional. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and efficient. The lobby is spacious and modern, with a luxurious vibe that immediately sets the tone for a premium stay. We were on the 17th floor—our room was over 40 square meters, offering plenty of space and a clean, well-organized layout. Everything felt thoughtfully designed: the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with smart dry/wet separation, and all amenities were top-notch. From the high-quality toiletries to the mini-fridge stocked with drinks, every detail added to the sense of comfort and convenience. Breakfast was a highlight—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and excellent presentation across both Chinese and Western options. The dining area was quiet and cozy, perfect for a relaxed morning meal. This hotel truly delivers on comfort, service, and value. I’d definitely book again and recommend it without hesitation.
