I stayed here for a concert in Suzhou and couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The hotel is just steps from the metro entrance, making it super convenient to explore the area or head to my next destination the next day. I booked a view room that required walking through a quiet corridor—no big deal at all. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a nice layout. The overall ambiance felt welcoming and peaceful. It’s rare to find such a great balance between location, comfort, and cleanliness. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Suzhou—especially for events or short stays.

The hotel is literally right outside the metro station, making arrival super convenient. If we had more time, we’d definitely stay longer to enjoy everything. The location is perfect for exploring other attractions via subway, though it’s a bit far from Suzhou North Railway Station—so I’d recommend arriving at Suzhou Station instead. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even gave us little snacks when checking out 😊. Super thoughtful! We’ll definitely come back if we visit Suzhou again. Highly recommended!

I woke up early at 6:00 AM to catch the sunrise along the walkway—peaceful, refreshing, and picture-perfect. On Saturday evening, the fountain show started right at the doorstep—literally zero distance! It was magical to watch from the hotel’s front area. Inside the room, everything was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained. Hot water flowed strong and steady, the bathroom featured a smart three-part separation design, making it super convenient. The bedding felt luxurious—soft fabric, comfortable pillows with different heights for optimal support, and I slept like a baby. The Toshiba central air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping the room cool without any noise. Overall, this stay added a wonderful chapter to our trip to Suzhou. This time, we brought my elderly parent who had just recovered from a fracture; mobility was limited, and even eating and moving around were challenging. From check-in onward, the staff went above and beyond. When we requested two rooms, they kindly arranged adjacent ones for easier supervision. Throughout breakfast and dinner buffet service, the team showed exceptional care. During dinner, a young, friendly server noticed our situation and proactively brought a cushion so my parent could elevate their injured arm—something that actually helped with swelling. He even explained the medical reasoning behind it! That level of thoughtfulness and knowledge stood out. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and professional. We’ve already taken photos of several team members’ name tags—we’d love to see them recognized by the hotel. Definitely coming back again!

A short walk takes you to Xinguang Plaza and Juyou Department Store, perfect for some shopping without needing to travel far. In the evening, we headed to the Ferris wheel and were pleasantly surprised by how few people were in line—got tickets and boarded right away, enjoying stunning views of the city skyline. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant served amazing noodles with crisp vegetables, and the squirrel-shaped mandarin fish was freshly prepared—absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a diverse menu including sesame dumplings, Ao Zao noodles, egg rolls, Benedict eggs, sweet pea and pomelo cheese salad, and the yellow peach milk banana pancake—each dish was flavorful and satisfying. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From comfort to convenience, every detail was spot-on. This place truly delivers on luxury and value. I’ll definitely be back.
