The front desk staff speak English and are genuinely warm and attentive. We booked two rooms: one king bedroom and one twin room with a queen-sized bed and a single bed, perfect for three people. The room had a lovely balcony, ample space, clean interiors, and water temperature that was just right. I particularly loved the shampoo and conditioner—they left my hair incredibly soft and smooth. I’d love to know the brand! Breakfast was modest in variety but tasty overall. All in all, this stay was highly satisfying, and I’d definitely return.

That small gesture made a big difference. And don’t miss the hotel’s ground-floor bakery—it’s widely regarded as Seoul’s top French pastry shop. The pastries are rich, delicate, and absolutely worth a visit. Despite minor initial impressions, the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the stay make this hotel stand out. Highly recommend for both comfort and convenience.
