The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. The zero-pressure bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. High-quality toiletries added to the luxury feel. Noise insulation is excellent—no disturbances from outside or neighboring rooms. What really stood out was their thoughtful service: they offered personalized travel tips and recommendations. The hotel also has 24-hour laundry facilities, a well-equipped gym, and a serene bamboo-themed reading lounge. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with attention to detail that shows real care. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep—no noise disturbances at all. The quiet, elegant atmosphere really adds to the overall comfort. Free parking is a huge plus, especially if you're traveling by car. The staff are incredibly polite and attentive—they go out of their way to help, from offering local tips to assisting with luggage. All facilities, including the fitness center and laundry services, are modern and well-kept. It’s rare to find such a high standard of service and cleanliness at this price point. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will definitely come back whenever I’m in Xi'an. A top-tier choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Staying at New Times Hotel was an absolute delight! The location is incredibly convenient—right near Longshouyuan Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city by public transit. What truly impressed me was the great value for money; you get so much more than what you pay for. Plus, the front desk staff went above and beyond—my favorite moment was receiving a sweet little gift from a young team member. It added such a personal touch and made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. Definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.
