Located right near Luoma Market Pedestrian Street, it’s in a bustling area yet surprisingly quiet, which made our stay peaceful and enjoyable. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Exit F of Metro Lines 2 and 6, making it super convenient to explore the city. We originally booked two nights but ended up extending to five because we loved it so much — that says it all! We were upgraded to a family room at no extra cost, and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The window overlooks a residential courtyard, adding a nice touch of calm. The housekeeping staff were exceptional — always on time, attentive, and genuinely caring. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with any request. Breakfast seating was a bit limited, so expanding the area would be great. There are two washing machines and two dryers, which is good, but during peak evening hours, there can be a wait — adding one more machine would really improve convenience. What really stood out was the front desk staff: incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout check-in and check-out. Their service felt personal, not rushed. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with fresh options that gave me energy for the day. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a short walk to the subway station and train station, making exploring the city effortless. I’d say there’s no need to stay right in the tourist hub if you value quiet and convenience. This place strikes the perfect balance. Breakfast offered a great mix of both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was genuinely satisfying. Staff were friendly and responsive—any request was handled quickly and warmly. Best of all, the subway station is right at the doorstep, making travel to downtown or nearby hospitals super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.

Staying at Novotel Xi'an The Bell Tower Hotel was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Exit H of Bell Tower Metro Station, and it's only one stop to Guangji Station for easy access to the bustling Muslim Quarter. Step outside and you're face-to-face with the iconic Bell Tower—perfect for photos and soaking in the historic vibe. The staff, from security to front desk and laundry team, were all friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast was fantastic—daily rotating menu with fresh, diverse options that kept us excited every morning. My parents especially loved the afternoon tea service; after a long day of exploring, returning to a cozy corner with a warm drink and light bites was pure bliss. This hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and charm. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an—and I’ll definitely be back.

Platinum wan'ao Victory Hotel

Our 8-day self-drive trip across Shaanxi ended with a stay at Platinum Wan'ao Victory Hotel in Xi'an, and overall, it was an excellent choice. The location is incredibly convenient—right across from Hepingmen Metro Station, just a 50-meter walk away, making public transit access seamless for exploring the city. The hotel faces the ancient city wall directly, and it’s only about a 1.7-kilometer stroll to Yongning Gate if you want to walk along the wall—a pleasant way to enjoy the historic surroundings. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a larger room, which made a big difference: spacious enough to comfortably unpack and move around, and ideal for family travel. Cleanliness was spot-on, meeting standard expectations without any issues. One minor drawback is the parking situation—being a multi-level garage, it’s not the most user-friendly, especially for larger vehicles, though my compact car navigated it easily. Breakfast was decent but not particularly impressive by luxury hotel standards—nothing overly elaborate, and we didn’t receive a third breakfast for our parents, which was slightly disappointing since this was one of only two hotels on the entire trip that didn’t offer it. Still, considering the excellent location, helpful staff, room comfort, and overall value, it’s hard not to give high praise. For travelers prioritizing convenience and a solid base in central Xi’an, this hotel is a strong recommendation.

Xi'an Guangcheng Hotel

This stay was absolutely fantastic! From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond—especially the front desk attendant, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave great local tips and even assisted with transportation arrangements, making our entire trip to Xi'an much smoother. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk from Xishao Men Metro Station and close to the airport bus stop, so getting around was super convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, but what really stood out was the indoor pool—it’s quiet, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. And the restaurant’s grilled dishes? Absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and worth trying if you’re here. With such excellent service, comfort, and value, I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Xi'an.
