Front desk agent Xiao Liu was especially welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and personalized. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, always responding to needs without being intrusive. Located just steps from the Changle Park Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around the city, including easy access to Xijing Hospital. Excellent value for money and a great base for exploring Xi’an. I’ll definitely be returning.

What really stood out was the thoughtful touch: staff even helped wash my clothes one evening, which felt so kind and personal. The breakfast was fantastic—plenty of options, fresh, and delicious. From local favorites to international choices, there was something for everyone. The front desk team was friendly and helpful throughout. This hotel offers excellent value and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely coming back next time!
