Cleanliness stood out immediately; the bedding was fresh, the bathroom spotless with no lingering odors, and the floor looked like it had just been mopped. The location is fantastic too—situated in the Qujiang area, it's within easy reach of major attractions via metro, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. What really made the stay special was the staff, especially front desk agent Xiao Lu. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and went the extra mile by arranging a late check-out until 2:00 PM without any hassle—perfect for my travel schedule. This hotel offers excellent value, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Xi'an.

What really stood out was the in-room amenities—having a washing machine and induction cooker was incredibly convenient, especially for longer stays. Even the hairdryer was a Dyson model, which is rare and definitely a nice touch. Cleanliness was top-notch—the room was spotless upon arrival, with fresh disposable toilet seat covers and a perfectly made bed free of any hair or lint. The environment was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing, so I slept like a baby. Plus, the location is super convenient for getting around town via metro. The staff were warm and welcoming—especially the front desk lady who kindly offered me a late checkout without hesitation. This place feels more like a home away from home than a hotel. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent—woke up naturally without any noise disturbances. Small touches truly stood out: a mini-fridge, kitchenette, smart toilet, and seamless phone-to-TV screen mirroring. It’s clear this place genuinely cares about guest comfort and convenience.
