Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth thanks to the friendly, efficient front desk staff who responded promptly whenever needed. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the soundproofing kept the room quiet and peaceful. I especially loved the smart room features, particularly the music-enabled bathroom—chilling out with soft tunes while showering felt like a little luxury. The cleanliness was excellent; everything from the linens to the bathroom fixtures felt fresh and well-maintained. Staff were warm and helpful throughout our visit. Best of all, the location is unbeatable—right next to Guangzhou Zoo, with easy access to the metro station for exploring the city. My kids had so much fun and were thrilled to be so close to the zoo. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a peaceful yet central stay.

Staying at Xana Hotel near South China Normal University and Huajing Road Metro Station was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—right outside the metro station with direct access to Line 11, making it super convenient for getting around Guangzhou. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials you’d want. What really stood out was the convenience of having a breakfast spot, a Luckin Coffee, and even a local favorite, Old Shanghai Dumplings, just steps from the front door—perfect for a quick morning bite. There’s also a shopping mall nearby, so you’re never far from food or daily necessities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. This place offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth considering if you're visiting Guangzhou.

Staying at Vienna Hotel (Guangzhou Shaheding Metro Station) was an excellent experience. The room was smoke-free, spotlessly clean, well-lit with great natural light, and incredibly quiet—perfect for a good night's rest before a big race. I was in town for the Guangzhou Marathon, and when I mentioned that to the front desk staff, they kindly provided a complimentary breakfast of bread and milk—such a thoughtful touch! It made my morning so much better. The hotel’s location near the metro station is super convenient, making it easy to get around. I’ll definitely book here again for next year’s marathon. Highly recommend this place for runners and travelers alike!
